These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. All claims, actions, proceedings, and disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be commenced exclusively in the federal and/or state courts sitting in Peoria County, Illinois and all parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Illinois.
